As soon as you place your order on our shop, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized the cash on delivery payment for the purchase.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you submit your request, you will receive an order quotation e-mail within few hours. This means that we have received your request in our system and waiting for an approval from your side by clicking on the "Complete Your Purchase" button in order for us to start processing your order

Order Shipment:

If your order is in the supplier's stock, we process your order immediately after receiving the cash from your end and that would be through Libanpost, which will contact you within the time intervals mentioned above in the Cash Collection Time section. Your Package will be Delivered to your destination in Lebanon within 2 business weeks from the date of receiving the cash from your end. We will send you a tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided us with. If you do not receive a tracking information from us within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@Korkomaz.com.

Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day. Business day means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanks giving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day

Where do we ship from?

Depending on the brand of merchandise you order, we could ship from multiple warehouse locations all across the U.S. When your order is received on our system, we find the closest warehouse to ship from so your order will arrive as quickly as possible.  

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@Korkomaz.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
